Visits schedule

Treatment visits take varied lengths of time depending on what needs to be done. Some visits take only a few minutes while some may take about 10-20 minutes.

It all depends on the nature and stage of the condition and the needs of the individual patient. Your individual schedule will include a number of visits over a period of time and will be devised to give your body the optimum opportunity to heal itself in the shortest time.

Tips for your visit

  • Arrive a few minutes before your appointment this allows you to relax before your adjustment;

    •  
      • wear loose fitting clothing;

        •  
          • remove jewellery and scarves;

            •  
              • ask questions if you have any;

                •  
                  • bring your diary to make scheduling appointments easier;

                    •  
                      • after your visit try not to get immediately into your car. Adjustments often hold better if you take a 10 minute stroll afterwards.

Private health insurance

We accept BUPA, AXA PPP Healthcare, WPA health insurance and others.
 
The responsibility for paying fees remains with the patient. The clinic will, however, endeavour to fill out any forms to provide reports or receipts as required to help the patient’s insurance claims.

Missed or late appointments

If you are unable to make an appointment, please call the clinic, giving at least 24 hours’ notice. If an appointment is missed or cancelled without 24 hours notice, you will be charged your appointment cost in full.

Referring others

Our practice has been built on personal referrals so please let family, friends and loved ones know about Complete Care Clinic so that they too can experience all the benefits of chiropractic.
